UI/UX Designer

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a UI/UX designer who is a problem-solving team player with great critical thinking and passion for innovation.
Projects that you will work on: Limechain is a company specializing in the development of blockchain-based projects. This includes, but is not limited to: smart contract development, server-side development, client-side development, and more. The clients you are going to be working for vary from startups with hugely innovative ideas to enterprises modernising their work processes and you will be working on decentralised web apps (dApps).
You are just the right fit if you:
Hard Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a relevant field
- Great working knowledge of Design Principles, such as Layout, Color Theory, Typography, Visual Hierarchy and Responsive Design
- Great working knowledge of industry tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD)
- Understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies is important, including conducting user research, creating user personas, and usability testing
- Working knowledge of creating intuitive user interfaces and interactions through wire-framing and prototyping, ensuring usability and ease of navigation
Soft Skills
- Passion for detail and elegant design solutions
- You are a trend researcher – you love to keep up to date with the latest innovations in the design space
- Are an excellent communicator – you know how to communicate your ideas and designs to get them off the ground
- Have excellent time management skills
- Desire to learn and grow and ability to receive feedback and implement it
- Analytical thinking
Plus
- Passion and understanding of Web3
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with creating rapid prototypes
- Experience with AfterEffects and other animation tools
- Experience in Branding Design
- Work experience with Notion
