Senior Talent Success Specialist
LimeChain is a leading Web3 development and consulting company based in Sofia and London. We develop dApps, blockchain networks, and enterprise solutions based on blockchain worldwide. We’ve helped 150+ enterprises and blockchain startups design, build and implement their vision using Blockchain. Among them are Hedera Hashgraph, Polkadot, The Graph, Universe, MantraDAO, and others. We are looking to find the next crop of exciting talent to help us continue leading this innovative space.
As we continue to grow both in size and expertise, we are now looking for an experienced Talent Success Specialist to join our HR team and help us reach our next growth milestone.
You are just the right fit if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment;
- Have a track record of recruiting technical roles using various sourcing techniques;
- Have an established network across the Bulgarian IT market;
- Have knowledge of Boolean search operators and functions;
- Have the ability to understand technical requirements;
- Have excellent soft skills, a proactive personality, and are a self-starter;
- Have great organisation skills;
- Are fluent in English and Bulgarian;
- Are an exceptional team player and you can show us your passion for connecting people and teams to one another;
Main responsibilities include:
- Generating pipelines of qualified candidates for all open positions;
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks;
- Acting as a company culture ambassador;
- Introducing the candidates to LimeChain’s core values;
- Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to successful hire;
