Growth & Performance Marketing Expert

Who are we looking for?

We’re growing and currently on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Expert to join our Marketing team and help in scaling our business growth for our Lime companies – LimeChain, LimeAcademy and LimeLegal. To succeed in this role you should have experience in a B2B growth or performance marketing role, have an analytical mindset, and be able to find creative solutions to  problems.

If you’re passionate about improving the quality of the lead generation campaigns, brand awareness, engagement, and enjoy using data to solve problems and identify content opportunities and landing page improvements, then this opportunity is just for you. You should be a great communicator and thrive in a collaborative environment.

You are just the right fit if you:

  • Have 3+ years experience in a Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing role
  • Have mastered Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to perfection and you are not afraid to explore new platforms to deliver outstanding lead generation results
  • Are always up to date with the hottest performance marketing trends and willing to conduct various proof-of-concepts to make them work
  • Have worked on landing pages, blogs, SEO/SEA, email campaigns, social media and display marketing
  • Have the ability to manage SEO and SEM marketing campaigns, as well as social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Have a knack for identifying target audiences and you know where to find them to encourage engagement and conversions
  • Have experience in optimising landing pages for optimal conversions.
  • Have strong experience in website analytics tools, especially Google Analytics 4 in combination with Google Tag Manager
  • Are experienced in using WordPress
  • Have outstanding communication skills and you’re in your element when presenting to a group of people or convincing teams of future campaign ideas
  • Have customer-focused mindset and great analytical skills
  • Are creative, have motivation and a structured approach

Main responsibilities include:

  • Assume responsibility for the growth marketing, campaign ideas and performance strategy, processes and implementation
  • Own the whole digital marketing channels stack and maintain them according to the best practices
  • Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic to our platform with a focus on paid tactics
  • Be responsible for reporting regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyse performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity
  • Optimise ad delivery, landing page conversion and under experience driving user activations as efficiently as possible
  • Constantly test and build upon your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us
  • Be in control of setting your KPIs, particularly those related to sign-up, activations, cost-per-acquisition and cost-per-activation
  • You should always strive to outperform yourself
  • Work with the rest of the marketing team to create beautiful and enriching content to enhance your campaigns
  • Ideally, you also have some UX and social media writing experience
