Business Development Manager

LimeChain is a global leader in the Web3 development forefront and innovation. Together with our partners, we are spearheading the adoption of the blockchain throughout industry verticals. By nature, we are tech agnostics partners creating, prototyping, and developing dApps, blockchain networks, protocols, and enterprise solutions using wide range of Web3 technologies. We have helped over 180 enterprises and blockchain startups design, build, and implement their vision using blockchain. Our clients include Hedera Hashgraph, Polkadot, The Graph, MantraDAO, FileCoin, Ledger, Cudos, and others.

Our Business Development team is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager. In this role, the BDM will be responsible for generating new business, taking ownership of revenue generation, developing international markets and meeting with potential clients.

You are just the right fit if you:

  • Have 2-3 years of experience in business development or a similar role in the tech industry, preferably in the IT services business vertical
  • Are motivated and curious about Web3. You are naturally willing to explore, research, and learn about the space inside out
  • Have proven track record of bringing in new business and achieving revenue goals
  • Are experienced with lead generation, sales analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Have deep understanding of the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders
  • Are a lifelong learner – our industry is ever-changing and we are looking for someone who adapts quickly and has a can-do attitude
  • Have the bility to travel as needed to meet potential clients and attend industry events
  • Have strong analytical skills and ability to analyze the market and adjust sales strategy
  • Have a strong understanding of blockchain, Web3, and decentralized technologies as a bonus

Main responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners and industry leaders
  • Working on Sales analytics and CRM
  • Working with the Sales & Marketing team on creating & executing campaigns
  • Helping with analysing the market and adjust sales strategy
